What do you do when you find out that you know nothing about a subject? When you run into a real expert?

I have so many scenarios I can point to. It’s like an athlete from a little school who is the STUD, then he goes to college and finds out that he’s very ordinary.

Ever thought you knew a lot about something, then you ran into somebody who really knew a lot more.
