During a Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee briefing with Dem candidates who won their election, the soon-to-be senator from Michigan didn’t mince words when talking about why the party lost the White House. “I personally think that identity politics needs to go the way of the dodo,” Slotkin said, per David Weigel in a post on X. She also said that the party should take language “not from the faculty lounge, but the assembly line.”

But you’ve got to start with what keeps people awake, and that is kitchen-table issues, economics.” “We gotta stay away … we don’t need to obsess about identity politics,” she added. “And by the way, this last election demonstrated very clearly that they don’t stand up.”   But Slotkin didn’t always feel this way…   Despite Slotkin’s comments about “identity politics,” she voted multiple times against keeping men out of women’s restrooms and locker rooms, the Detroit News noted. In May 2019, during her first term in Congress, Slotkin voted for the Equality Act, which would, among other things, “prohibits an individual from being denied access to a shared facility, including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing room, that is in accordance with the individual’s gender identity.” It was stopped by Republicans in the Senate, then passed again in 2021, with Slotkin voting for it, the outlet noted. In April 2023, Slotkin also voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, which “prohibits school athletic programs from allowing individuals whose biological sex at birth was male to participate in programs that are for women or girls.” Slotkin realizes now that Americans aren’t interested in endless lectures about pronouns. Nor do we want to be indoctrinated on the 57 varieties of gender. We’re tired of being told we’re bad people if we question the latest woke fad. What do they want? A return to normalcy. A focus on issues that matter—like jobs, safety, and education—not on whether today’s buzzword is “Latinx” or “cisgender.” Democrats built a house of cards on identity politics, and MAGA came in with a leaf blower. For years, Leftists overplayed their hand, weaponizing labels and promoting division under the guise of inclusion. Now, even their own party members are admitting that the strategy has run its course. Still there remain the old guard. [X] SB – WaPo’s Jen Rubin Pithy Republicans want to kill your kids. Oppose vaccinations. Breakthrough medical research   The real lesson of 2024? Americans are fed up. They don’t want bureaucrats with rainbow lanyards; they want a government that works. And if Democrats can’t figure that out, they’ll keep losing. But hey, at least they’ll have their pronouns.        

[SEGMENT 2-3] The “Resist” movement v107   Since the re-election of Donald Trump, the Left have soul-searched. But not how most people perform the introspection. The Left aren’t necessarily looking for reasons why their message didn’t resonate with the majority of the populace, and restore sanity to the country Instead, they plot chaos. In what many consider open treason, many on the Left have declared that they will disobey the rule of law and thwart newly re-elected President Trump in his efforts to fix problems created by Joe Biden and others. Finally, sane policy coming from our government. Policies that protect citizens, while allowing illegals to enter America the right way. Despite Trump’s clearly legal policy directives, governors and some mayors have vowed not to honor the law. Actually, I’m glad they are fighting back. Because this fight is long overdue, and it’s one they will not win. Overwhelmingly Americans want illegal immigration addressed. And President Trump has the wind in his sails for multiple reasons, the first already given. But aside from overwhelming support from the public, Trump knows how to up the ante, and he’s vowed to stop the cartels. And this is no idle threat, as Trump already announced that he will use Tier 1 operators, i.e. Delta Force, and other spec ops. No longer will the NSA and CIA be deployed to spy on American citizens, but instead be used to do the job it was intended to do: keep Americans safe from the real bad guys. This will backfire for the “resistance”. As Trump racks up victories, those fighting hi will lose even more face…

This is one of the reasons I always tell people, I’m not media, I’m OPINION. I don’t care what happens in the news, since I will always have an opinion. AI can’t reproduce MY SPECIFIC opinion. Since 2016, the media has rightfully been under fire. Trump may not have invented the term “fake news”, but he certainly made it mainstream and believable. I remember the assault on Trump by the media, once he branded them. They hope they could get the term to go away. But a full 8 years later, we use the term more now than we did in the past. Trump used the Left’s own tactics against them, as he was relentless in calling the media “fakes”. And they happily participated by lying unapologetically.. MSNBC’s Morning Joe show brought in a panel of media types to discuss their demise.   [X] SB – MSNBC Morning Joe panel laments their loss of audience 1 in 5 adults get their news from social media.   They recognize that they are Model Ts in a Tesla world. Dinosaurs waiting on the next ELE meteor to hit Earth. When asked what the solution is, most of the panelists offered none. Writer for the Miami Herald (?), Eugene Robinson suggested that they meet the audience “on their turf”. He’s referring to X, Instagram, and others. Ironically, former Twitter, X is dominating in the news business. I predicted this would happen, as Musk got his sea legs in media. As Musk grows, the lamestream fake news media takes no notes. The reason for the success of X is simple: they allow all points of view. But X has on other advantage over traditional media: it allows for millions of voices. Sure, one can follow the “influencers”. But there are many people with small followings who say the most insightful things. Once you find that person, you bookmark them. Now you have added another small voice to your information-gathering network. The problem with traditional media is the egos of the hosts. Almost all are high-paid regurgitators of the narrative set by somebody else. Rarely do they present anything fresh, lest they run the risk of being fired. Their opinions are one and the same. X differs dramatically. Follow an X thread and you will witness creativity beyond belief. Moreover, you will see trends, and a host of other things that help you build your worldview. Traditional media can’t respond quickly enough. And it hasn’t the sense to deliver something so awesome that people will come even if they know the actual story.   NBA ratings continue to tank. For the better part of two decades, I’ve fought to end identity politics. Meritocracy is how Nature works, and it’s a cornerstone of evolution. Every organism on Earth evolves for survival and strives to make things better for the next generation. Every organism, that is, except Democrats. Take any commonsense policy, and you’ll find Democrats treating it like a piñata at an anger management center.

Suddenly they get why they lost. But they still don’t think they have a problem. Democrats just think they need to shift their priorities from the now admitted LESSER issue of woke to other things. Let’s start with voter ID. Who on Earth argues against the idea that voters should prove they are who they say they are? Oh, right—Democrats. [SEGMENT 1-4] Democrats’ problem with woke 4 A Government of Glorious Ineptitude As you ponder President Trump’s new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), it’s worth examining the current state of our bloated, ineffectual bureaucracies.

• The Department of Education: More spending, lower results. American students are falling behind globally, but at least we’ve got new DEI programs to show for it. Because nothing says “improving literacy” like teaching kids to write their pronouns before they know their ABCs.
• The Department of Energy: For a department tasked with energy, they seem perpetually out of gas. Billions in subsidies later, we’re still lectured about windmills and solar panels while half the country wonders why gas prices feel like a second mortgage.
• The Department of Homeland Security: Because nothing says “security” like fentanyl pouring across the border and a revolving door for illegal crossings.

These agencies aren’t just ineffective; they’ve perfected the art of being ineffective while growing larger. When they fail, they don’t fix the problem—they create new committees to investigate it.

He’ll have key allies, like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, leading the charge to dismantle entrenched bureaucracies and expose waste. Biden’s tenure has been defined by a bloated federal government resistant to accountability. His Department of Defense, under Secretary Lloyd Austin, became emblematic of ineffectiveness—highlighted by Austin’s bizarre absences during critical moments. Compare this to Trump’s likely Department of Justice overhaul, which promises transparency and a renewed focus on serving the American people rather than protecting political insiders.

• Rachel Levine, a transgender Health and Human Services official, and Sam Brinton, the luggage thief and nonbinary energy official, represent the excesses of prioritizing “representation” over competence.
• Pete Buttigieg, Secretary of Transportation, epitomized the failure of diversity hires. Chosen for his sexual orientation rather than expertise, Buttigieg fumbled responses to multiple crises, including supply chain disruptions and infrastructure failures.

Trump’s leadership emphasizes meritocracy. His return signals a rejection of the “check-the-box” approach that plagued Biden’s administration.
Media Bias and Hypocrisy The Trump-Biden transition also heralds the collapse of the mainstream media’s credibility. Networks like MSNBC and CNN, once bastions of Leftist narratives, are hemorrhaging viewers. Personalities like Chris Wallace, Don Lemon, and Joy Reid—whose careers revolved around anti-Trump rhetoric—are now fading into irrelevance. The hypocrisy is on full display as former Trump critics, like Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough, grovel for interviews with the President-elect. Their newfound respect for Trump isn’t genuine; it’s a desperate bid for ratings in a dying industry.

Under Trump, expect the celebrity class to face a reckoning. Hollywood’s influence in politics will wane as Americans grow tired of being scolded by wealthy elites disconnected from their struggles.
The LGBTQ+ Agenda and Cultural Marxism Perhaps the most controversial aspect of Biden’s presidency was his embrace of radical cultural agendas. From gender-neutral bathrooms to taxpayer-funded drag shows, Biden’s administration prioritized pandering to activists over addressing real issues. Trump’s return signals a shift back to common sense. Policies that prioritize family values and reject cultural Marxism will take center stage, putting an end to the overreach of the LGBTQ+ agenda in schools and public institutions.
Restoring Global Respect Finally, Biden’s foreign policy blunders—ranging from the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal to his weak stance on China—have left America’s reputation in tatters. Titans for the Greater Good Now, enter Trump, a titan in his own right. Say what you will about his brash style, but Trump’s political accomplishments—record low unemployment, trade deals, a booming economy—are undeniable. And Musk admires him, not because Trump is "right-wing," but because Trump, like Musk, understands results. These two giants have come together, not as partisan warriors, but as men driven by legacy and purpose. Musk isn’t siding with the Right; he’s siding with righteousness—and right now, that happens to align politically. Imagine Musk Running Government Now picture a government where Musk’s intellect permeates every department. The Department of Energy would revolutionize power grids. The Department of Transportation might actually improve infrastructure. And the USPS, which just reported a $9.5 billion loss despite raising stamp prices, would finally get its act together. [SEGMENT 2-1] Opportunity and Responsibility 1 I want to talk about opportunity and responsibility for the remainder of the hour… Tom Homan tweeted that BIG things are coming on the border issue soon, and not just mass deportations. I can hardly wait for him and other people Trump has tasked with changing this crooked government go to work…   Rogan no longer a fan of Obama McConnell said that there would be no recess appointments, and then he went on to blank out like Biden. Joe Biden authorized Ukraine to use the missiles we sold them for long-range launches. So much for the peaceful transition of power. The cabal wants a war started under Trump. Ms Universe is from Denmark, and she is stunning   How can you not continue to relish in the election victory. Despite Democrats ongoing efforts to cheat in NC and PA for examples, most of us are still basking the glow of our victory.   The election of Trump was a reprieve for America. God in His infinite wisdom gave America and the world one more chance. As I heard a pastor from Prestonwood Church in Dallas say, we now have an opportunity and a responsibility. What do you plan to do? Churches are losing membership daily. You go once a week to your church, and if you’re really pious may 2-3 times. But you listen to me DAILY, many of you. And while I don’t pretend to be a church or a pastor, I follow God’s word. I tell people about my FLAWED walk with God. I tell you that I’m not perfect, and neither are you. God knows that, in case you thought it was a secret. Why do I think God blesses me? First, because I’m me. It’s that simple. The blessings don’t always feel like blessings, but they are.  

[SEGMENT 2-2] Opportunity and Responsibility 2   Second, because I do let people know that I’m a Christ follower, and I encourage them to try it. God speaks to me, and He speaks through me. I have no idea why He gives me my topics and ideas, and I have no idea of the impact of my words. It’s not my responsibility to know that. I do know that people are impacted by my work. And there is a part of me that longs for the adulation that comes from it, because I’m human. But it’s not ego anymore that drives that. It’s the fact that I think powerful messages need to be heard by many. Look at the hearts and minds who were changed in the last election cycle. 10 million more people voted for Trump from 2016 to 2020 and he LOST. Cheated out of what was rightfully his. Another 3-4 million crossed over in 2024. What is our plan for 2028? How many people will we bring to Conservatism? Look at the carnage of the Democrats that we discuss routinely. If you picked just one, you can find thousands of people devastated by their policies. The border invasion for example. How many Americans are impacted negatively, particularly those who have suffered violent crimes. And what of the economic toll? And what of our children? Democrats don’t want them anywhere near God, so they destroy families and allow our children to make life-altering decisions about their bodies that are barbaric to say the least. Thousands of children have been impacted, and they will have lifelong mental issues because of it.   We have an opportunity and a responsibility. God told me to start getting people signed up for recurring donations to support my efforts. He didn’t tell me to pull a Creflo Dollar and buy a $70 million jet…YET! But he told me to start getting ready. I have no idea what for. Does He want me out doing more in front of people? I’m not sure, but I am getting ready. [SEGMENT 1-1] Democracy WAS on the ballot 1 I read an article where the author claimed that Democrats screed about "democracy is on the ballot" fell short. I disagreed. Democracy was indeed on the ballot in 2024, just not in the way Democrats intended. Democrats plastered the phrase across ads, speeches, and campaign rallies. But their actions told a very different story. As Vice President Kamala Harris and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) insisted they were the stewards of democratic ideals, they sabotaged their own processes. They silenced dissenters, and manipulated election mechanisms in ways that left even their own base skeptical. Ironically, this made their loss to Donald Trump not only inevitable, but richly poetic. Democracy by Any Means Necessary? The Democrats’ rallying cry of “saving democracy” was undermined from the start. Shielding Joe Biden from primary challengers was their first move, a tactic that looked more like damage control than democratic engagement. Prominent figures like Representative Dean Phillips (D-Minn.) and Marianne Williamson openly criticized this strategy. They sounded the alarm, warning that Biden’s isolation from scrutiny would backfire. The DNC then doubled down by canceling the Florida primary outright and attempting similar maneuvers in Wisconsin, only to be blocked by the courts. When Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dared to challenge the Democratic establishment, they deployed an entire “war room” to discredit him. Ultimately, they not only pushed him out of the race as a Democrat, but they push him out of the party altogether. Meanwhile, Harris—who dropped out of the 2020 race without earning a single vote—was anointed as the party’s new figurehead once Biden became too much of a liability. Their so-called defense of democracy had all the hallmarks of a monarchy, minus the pageantry. Democracy for Us, Not for You It wasn’t just presidential politics where the Democrats’ hypocrisy shone. In multiple states, they fought tooth and nail against ballot measures aimed at expanding voter participation. Reforms in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, D.C., Nevada, and South Dakota sought to give independent voters a voice in primary elections. But the Democrats actively campaigned against these reforms. The message was clear: democracy is fine as long as it serves our interests.

The party that brands itself as the champion of democracy consistently works to suppress it when it threatens their grip on power. The 14th Amendment Fiasco As the general election approached, Democrats took their anti-democratic antics to new heights. In states like Colorado and Michigan, they pursued legal battles to bar Trump from the ballot, citing the 14th Amendment’s clause against aiding an “insurrection.” It was a novel—and transparently desperate—interpretation of constitutional law. Voters saw it for what it was: a last-ditch attempt to win by disqualification rather than persuasion. This legal gambit didn’t just fail; it galvanized the Trump base and alienated moderate voters. Americans may have disagreements about Trump, but they overwhelmingly rejected the notion that the electoral process should be circumvented to deny voters their choice. When Hypocrisy Meets Reality Democracy wasn’t just on the ballot—it was the ballot. And voters delivered a resounding verdict: they want leadership that respects the process, not a party that manipulates it. While Democrats lamented their loss, leaders like Nancy Pelosi now bemoan the very lack of openness they orchestrated. It’s a convenient pivot, but one that smacks of opportunism, rather than genuine reflection. The broader issue here isn’t just that the Democratic Party lost—it’s that they lost credibility. For years, they’ve positioned themselves as defenders of democracy while engaging in the very behaviors they accuse Republicans of: voter suppression, exclusionary tactics, and backroom deals. This hypocrisy has finally caught up with them, and voters are no longer buying what they’re selling. A Lesson in True Democracy Americans care deeply about democracy, despite what pundits might suggest. But they won’t be lectured by a party that cancels primaries, silences challengers, and manipulates election systems. In 2024, voters made it clear that they’re tired of being told what democracy looks like by Leftist demons who have no intent of practicing it. As Democrats process their historic loss, they have a choice to make. They can continue down the path of hypocrisy, or they can take a hard look at their own undemocratic tendencies and work to rebuild trust. Either way, democracy has spoken—and it’s Trump who emerged as its unlikely standard-bearer.
