Business Christmas: A Hallmark Christmas movie podcast

Aspiring journalist Amber goes undercover as a tutor to get the inside scoop on the prince of Aldovia, but ends up learning more than she bargained for.

This week, our friend Amanda joins us to discuss Wish Upon a Christmas, starring Larisa Oleynik as an actuary who returns to her hometown to shut down a factory owned by her high school sweetheart, who believes she's there to save his business.

After a spontaneous kiss in a stalled elevator, aspiring designer Wendy finds herself falling for her demanding boss's boyfriend. The only problem? He doesn't recognize her. Now, they have to work together to decorate his home for a holiday party.

This week, we watched Window Wonderland, starring Grey’s Anatomy’s Chyler Leigh as Sloan, an aspiring lead window dresser at McGuire’s department store in NYC. Also competing for the role is her colleague Jake (Paul Campbell). As they battle it out for the right to design McGuire’s holiday windows, Sloan and Jake learn more about each other — and maybe even about love.

This week, we're talking about The Christmas Parade, starring Annalynne McCord. TV personality Hailee lands in Carver Bend, Connecticut over the holidays after fleeing a romantic snafu in New York. When she gets into a car accident and damages the town judge's fence, she's forced to stick around to perform community service. Join her as she lets her hair down (literally), tries to save the town art center, and possibly finds love.

In our first episode, we discuss the Candace Cameron Bure movie Christmas Under Wraps, in which CCB plays Dr. Lauren Brunell, a hotshot doctor who unexpectedly finds herself running a hospital in small-town Alaska instead of taking on the prestigious Boston fellowship she'd anticipated. Join Lauren as she learns how to stop planning and embrace sweatpant-lined jeans, nighttime picnics, and, most importantly, true love.
