Resilience is like a muscle. We need to flex it often to have it work best. Resilience helps to process and overcome hardship. When lacking resilience, overwhelm can happen quite easily and can lead to unhealthy support systems.
Resilience is important because it helps both individuals and communities to thrive in the face of adversity. It helps to manage times of uncertainty and stress, and helps to protect from anxiety and depression.
Each time you work through a stressful situation you have the opportunity to develop your skills over time and improve you response. What might throw you quite easily when you were younger, may seem like water off a ducks back now that you have more experience and know how.
Resilience is about your ability to bounce back from the obstacles that life throws at you. It's about having the capacity to emerge stronger, wiser and more capable from the disruption in our thought and feelings.
So what are the standout characteristics or methods in harnessing resilience? Tune in to learn more.

Music uplifts, it stirs our emotions, entices us to move our body or to sing along. We can listen to music every so softly, enjoyed in the background, or a little louder and then ever so very loud. We usually pump up the volume when listening to our favourite tunes…you know the ones that fill with you with whirling emotions, be it nostalgia, triumph, or reminiscing of the good old days when life seemed simpler. Don't you just love looking back with rose coloured glasses?

It's been sometime since my last podcast. Life has been busy. It has been challenging. What we all need to remember is that no matter how we are travelling along, something will always come up and challenge us. It's up to us to Face Everything and Rise. With love, Eugenia
In this weeks episode I have the pleasure of talking with Bec Chappell.
Bec Chappell is an effervescent whiteboard lover, a brand gatekeeper, and a marketing strategist whose mission is to amplify brands, create clear strategies and magnify messaging without adding to the overwhelm, or underwhelm people feel about the whole marketing part of their business.
With other 14 years experience working within a marketing department, heading up one, or forming one in a business that grew too quickly and forgot that whole brand and marketing piece, she knows a thing or too about planning and executing strategies that work.
Her why is to remove the stress and overwhelm; and demonstrate that marketing strategies don't need to be over-complicated, over-budgeted or over fluffy, they need some humanity and consistency.
She lives in Sydney where she loves to trail run, swim, and spend time with friends and family she is always seeking out new experiences and new adventures and is about to be a second time dog mum to pooch Toby.

I'm certain that I'm not alone in my love of astrology and the curiosity around moon rituals.
Ancient civilisations used the moon as a timepiece and the cycles of the moon to guide them, and today our modern civilisation also uses the moon cycles for planning and living a more fruitful life, whether that's gardening and harvesting by the moon cycles or being purposeful with our life's intentions.
Have you ever wondered about the difference between the full moon and the new moon?
The new moon phase is a more introspective time and represents new beginnings as we plant seeds for the future. During a new moon, tt's a good time to set clear intentions for the month ahead, clarify your goals, start new projects, and acknowledge your growth since the previous new moon.
The full moon is about reaping what you sowed in the new moon phase. It's about harvesting the fruits of your labour.
Recently I had mentioned to a friend that I needed to step into my power, step into Business Class, and take the necessary action that I had been putting off… And just like that, it's what this season is all about, having refined and completed the design for the 2023 diary, which by the way you can order directly at my website (cheeky little plug), and I've been refining the content, imagery and including more downloadable worksheets on my online course. I'm so excited to bring this course to you.
Truly, my motivation has been soaring and I'm feeling inspired, and ambitious. I have stepped into becoming more productive and focussed, and building the platform from which to launch the next level of Business Class.

On my walk this morning, I had a thought that I wanted to share.
I'm thinking about the glass ceiling that women face in their careers. I'm thinking about women who feel they don't have the opportunity or confidence to step into being the best version of themselves. I'm thinking that historically women did not have a place at the table, or the right to vote, or to enter the workforce, or remain in the workforce after they were married.
I'm thinking about the women who did work to keep the economy and their family going when their husbands were serving their country. They were the backbone of society at the time.
There's a saying that you can't step into the same river twice. I know we've come along way since these early times, and I'm grateful for the era that I was born into. I'm thankful for my opportunities and my challenges, as they have shaped me to become the woman I am today. I appreciate the fact that I have a space at the table, and if not, that I have the skills to build my own metaphorical table.
When I was a young girl I remember watching a film titled His Girl Friday, from the 1940's. It's a comedy starring Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell.
Tune in to hear the rest.
With love,
Eugenia xox

This week we are discussing clutter. You know, physical clutter that takes up space in your living spaces as well as the clutter residing rent free in your mind.
It's not just the stuff on the floor, but it's about anything that gets between you and the life you want to live.
How you show up in consciously caring for your home and working environment is how you show up generally in your life. It's like a barometer for how you view the world and your place in it.
Clutter can easily take over your life and make it feel crowded. Clutter collects dust, and makes your surrounding lose meaning. It can be limiting and suffocating and what's required is to get straight to work and clean your space up.
When was the last time that you went through your wardrobe, your office, pantry or bathroom to clear what no longer served you. This can be a very empowering activity, and one that should be done on a regular basis, one room or area at a time.
Decluttering isn't about creating more pressure or unnecessary anxiety, but it can be about constantly addressing clutter, in small steps, so that it doesn't accumulate and become a task that seems too great to tackle.
So tune in to listen.

You may be wondering what sets people apart; well smart people apart. What do they do that's different? What choices do they make and why they make those choices.
Lets get started.
They are not afraid to ask questions – by asking questions they continue to learn and grow. They ask questions of themselves to learn about their situations or challenges and how they might address them differently in the future. They keep an enquiring mind, knowing that there are no wrong questions. By asking, they keep learning.
They read widely – the bookshelves are filled with books from various genres. Books that are inspirational, instructional, biographical. The digital world has us connected instantly to a range of books and resources to broaden our knowledge. Smart people read, and take the time to process what they've read, even if it's a chapter at a time.
They choose the company of other smart people – It's important to smart people to spend time with thinkers and intellectuals. They learn through discussions, through interesting stories and experiences and the energy of smart people is at a higher vibration.
