Meredith Hammond aka Coach M. is a woman of God first, a wife, mother, and daughter. She graduated from Drexel University in 1991 with degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering. She currently works for the New Jersey Department of Transportation as a Regional Community Relations Manager, however for the first 18 years of her career with NJDOT she served as an engineer managing multimillion-dollar projects which would eventually prove valuable once she began walking in her purpose. It was in 2006 that Meredith realized it was time for her to step into her destiny and use the gift of talent and passion she was blessed with to ignite others to step into their GREATER by empowering them through words, guidance, and accountability.  For the past 16 years, she has been the CEO of Simply Saying, a motivational and empowerment company as well as a Transformational Speaker and Dream Ignitor Success Coach/Strategist. Through her years of experience as an engineer, she harnessed and mastered proven steps to take a project from concept to design and now uses the same process to help clients successfully and systematically engineer their dreams to reality.

She believes that a person's “true north”; will always be found grounded in the energy of God's love. Whether it is operating in your passion, striving for personal growth, or experiencing relationships, the best and truest part exists when you operate in love. It is Coach M.’s passion to empower others to center themselves in love so they can experience a paradigm shift in their lives while purposely achieving their goals. She strives to do this every opportunity she gets especially during her morning Power Boost calls in The Go Be Great Sistahood. Coach M. is noted for saying “I see your dream and I raise it”.
