Business plan 101: Zooming in on labour

There are a number of factors to consider as a new farmer in Mzansi. In our previous episode we took a deeper look at production planning and this week we’re zooming in on labour relations. 

Dr Mpho Maja, director of animal health at the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development in the North West, highlights some of toughest blows SA agri has dealt with over the past two years.
