If you've ever been handed a diagnosis, a label, or a hard season and quietly decided that's just how your life (and your business) is now, this episode is for you. Nikita breaks down the exact mindset shift that took her from believing her situation was fixed to building a business that could flex around it, and why the stories you tell yourself about what's "possible for someone like you" are usually the real ceiling, not your body.
What you'll walk away with:
This one isn't about hustling through it. It's about deciding that your circumstances get to inform your business model, not define what you're allowed to build.
✨ Thank you for listening.

In this episode, our guest is Kate Crocco, an MSW,(Master of Social Work) LCSW (Licensed clinical social workers), is a psychotherapist, confidence and mindset coach, and writer author of, "Thinking Like a Boss". Often as in our journey to reach the goals we aspire to, our mindset and beliefs can make it difficult for us to reach them. In her new book, Kate shares 12 lies that we all may at some point believe that hold us back from where we want to go. And one of my favorite chapters is Lie #3 “I’m not qualified”. On the show, we talk about this one and a few others and how to overcome them. Kate shares with us how to build success in life and business by taking one step at a time.
One of my favorite quotes from Kate in this chat is, “Every Step was scary & difficult but they were built on each other”. Yes to this and many more mic drop moments throughout the show. Be sure to tune to the full episode!

Decisions and Confidence are essential aspects of growing a business. They are also two of the reasons so many of us get stuck because we feel like we don't have enough... But I challenge all of us to take time to reflect on whether that belief is true? Ask ourselves where did that come from? So many times we are looking for the answers to why we haven't found confidence or made decisions because we are looking to external things, but what I have found is the experiences we have in our lives often color our beliefs. We ignore them or brush them as if they have little consequence to our daily life but they are often the reasons why we find it hard for us to take the leap into decision making and confidence. In this episode, I share with you how my negative experiences while wearing headwraps almost made me lose my confidence in sharing my unique story. In this episode, our guest is Lara Ley, an indie singer, and songwriter based in Germany. I personally love music in many different genres, it’s played a big part in my life and I know that I’m not alone. Music is a Creative language that speaks to everyone in some way. So I’m so excited to have to Lara on the show as the first music creator. Her music is relatable and has a neo-soul vibe. I’m a true believer that we can all learn from different yet similar creative outlets to grow a better and more diverse business. In this episode, Lara will share her journey to songwriting and singing. We also talk about how she’s learned to create even when fear is present and how that mindset has served in her success.

With a heavy heart, a loss of words, and yet so many words to say, I start this episode first by addressing what is obviously happening in the world that seems new but has always been by sharing a few words on how I feel about the injustice we are seeing more clearly in the news. It's brief and to the point. Then I pop into sharing 6 Ways To Help You Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be in Your Business and Life. While we strive to make our dreams come true, concentrating, also, on ourselves and our journey is where the growth begins. When you spend less time wishing things were different and more time accepting what you've got, (contentment) you've already found a sense of peace and happiness right there. In this episode, I'll share some tips that can help you become who you want to be right now.
