There is a FATAL ATTRACTION that will cut across your ability to handle time.  This is our last episode in this short series on TIME MANAGEMENT.  If you have been listening, your time management is probably improving, but this episode puts it all together for you.

I was recently in communication with an extraordinarily able WISE member who was struggling.  Not common for this person at all.   I helped him out with this very important and very commonly overlooked data from LRH, and remembered we did an episode on this way back at the beginning of time.  We are going to take a short break from our TIME MANAGEMENT series to review it, as it has great relevance to the final episode in this series.

If you have been following this series of episodes on TIME MANAGEMENT then you have learned that to master time, you have to learn to master the cycle of action.  But to master the cycle of action, you need to master something else, and that is the subject of this week’s episode!

There is one word in the Hubbard management system that, clearly understood and applied, not only puts you at cause over time, it can practically put you at cause over anything. You have probably heard it, but make sure you really understand it.

This is a series on TIME MANAGEMENT.  In it you can expect to learn many disciplines that will help you cause and control time, but this episode contains a “heavy rule” that will not only make an immediate impact on your time management but is also a fundamental to the rest of this series.

I cannot think of a more valuable personality trait than persistence.  And none is more telling in establishing who to put on your team.  And another thing, if you are a little weak on persistence yourself, you may have a hard time realizing greatness.  Start cultivating it.  This episode will help.

It is always interesting to hear someone being critical of a group they are leading.  If you really look at it, it is so odd that you almost have to double-check your hearing.  Who creates the group?  The common denominator of great groups are great leaders.  What might be the common denominator of poor ones?  Let's face it, the better you understand and improve your skills as a leader, the better will be the group you are leading.  Listen to this review episode and start honing your skills.
