Spring cleaning season is upon us and not just our physical spaces but our mental and spiritual ones, as well!
In today's episode, we're diving into my recent experiences with soundbath reiki and Akashic/Kundalini Reiki.
I've talked about my experiences with the Akashic Records in Episodes 7, 11, and 31 so if you want to learn more about past life regression, check out those episodes where I recap all of my previous past lives, the resonance I feel in my current lives, and how they help inform and inspire my travel.
I regularly see Ari of Akashic Allures and had my first Reiki experience with Roland Buddahawk.

Everyone knows about Ibiza but Ibiza is the smallest of the Balearic Islands. Today, we share our adventures of the two lesser known islands: Mallorca and Menorca.
Mallorca is popular with Brits and Germans but still widely unknown to Americans and Menorca is a true, untouched hidden gem. We spend a week on these islands and discuss the natural beauty, things to do, and of course, the usual shenanigans that seem to follow us wherever we travel.

A foodie's perspective as we travel through Madrid! This is part one of our Spain story where we focus on the Spanish capital and our day trips to nearby Toledo and Segovia.
We spent about 4 days altogether in Madrid and found that was enough time to see the "major sights" while also stumbling upon some unexpected enjoyment.
Churros, tapas, and wine were of course some highlights for us but we also appreciated the art scene. Personally, I love the Madrid metro and you'll hear a lot about it in the episode.

Travel to Norway with me and let's escape to the Land of the Trolls and the inspiration for Disney's Frozen. Bergen, Geiranger, and Ålesund, we're talking about these three Norwegian cities. I detail my visits to these iconic locales, the UNESCO world heritage sites of Bryggen, Geirangerfjord, and the Art Nouveau Center of Ålesund.
Hikes, kayaking, and beautiful viewpoints— I list them all in this episode. If history, nature, and Norse mythology is your speed, maybe consider a trip to Norway in the future!

We're talking relationships, friendships, long-distance, sex, red flags, green flags, and marriage.
Two best friends in their 30's evaluating everything they've learned in the last decade when it comes to love, self-worth, and how to level up in your love life.
We discuss our past relationships, realizing we were being love bombed, how to have a healthy break-up, and attracting, not chasing.
A big learning we discuss is how your partner should level up with you, not complete you. And thoughts on eloping vs. big weddings and why Leslie will never hard launch her relationship.

In today's episode, I dive into my blitz of a trip to London. I went for 2.5 days to kick off my 2-week birthday trip throughout Northern Europe.
I landed on my 30th birthday in London and didn't quite stop until I was flying back home from Iceland.
My best friend @chrisjunebug joins me on today's episode as a certified Anglophile who has never been to England! She asks me what was different from my expectations, what I'd skip next time, and what I wish I did instead.
Of course, the Taurus that she is, we talk a lot about the food scene. Find out where my favorite fish and chips were from, where I had my birthday dinner, and much much more, including how to survive the crowd at Harrod's and in my opinion... Abbey Road is a skip.

It's New Year's Eve so we have to reflect and make our new goals for 2025.
Trigger warning: we talk about death and grief in this episode. If that's not your jam, you can skip to 12:15 to get into the New Year stuff
This episode is all part of my 2025 manifestation ritual. I talk about what I learned in 2024 (especially the tough lessons), what I'm releasing, and what I'm saving room for in the new year. This includes how I'll create my my vision board and goals for 2025.
We'll also have a cute lil recap of my 2024 faves and pleasure hunts— personal, professional, and girly <3

We're back with Kate (@katherinehere) to talk about her annual birthday trip. Destination? Madeira. This time, we made it out with both ankles intact (check out our Costa Rica episode if you want to know more).
In this episode, Kate and I do a classic jam-packed itinerary through Lisbon, Sintra, and of course, the island of Madeira. Known as the Hawaii of Europe and the Island of Eternal Spring, we make the most of what this lush, volcanic island has to offer.
Hikes, off-roading, even toboggan racing? And we bookend our time on the island in the vibrant city of Lisbon. Kate went on a mission to find the best Pasteis de Nata and we saw some interesting (read: nude) performance art during dinner. As always, nothing is what we expected.
List of Restaurants we mentioned:
Lisbon:
Sintra
Madeira

Travel with us as we venture to Scotland in the Summer. The sun is out late, the temperature is warm (for Scotland), and the grass is so so green.
In this return to Scotland, I venture with Keely, my friend who is also a post-grad candidate for Public History and Cultural Heritage.
We book another tour with Rabbie's to venture into the West Highlands, with our base of operations in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull.
From driving through Glencoe, swimming in Caribbean-blue waters on the Isle of Iona, and watching puffins fly on the Isle of Staffa, we got a wonderfully raw experience with the magic of mother nature.
But of course... shenanigans ensue including losing the keys to our van on a ferry and said van breaking down 4 hours from Edinburgh leaving us stranded... there is no shortage of hijinks during this trip, that's for sure!
