This episode is the most vulnerable you'll see me thus far. And that's such a good thing. In a world where we're often taught to be on and perfect all the time, I'm unpacking what's taken years for me to learn.

How being so on top of it all can just as easily lead to a downfall. Through a lot of self-reflection, learning, listening, and therapy, I'm taking you with me on my discovery that I am an angry girl and how that's ok.

We talk about the spiritual and psychological side of anger, the divine feminine, and how to identify triggers and learn how to demystify them and ultimately, get to know yourself a little more.

I'll share personal breakthroughs about my anger triggers, hyperindependence as a trauma response to being parentified at a young age, and the lessons that have come along the way.

This episode is an expression of me trying to heal my Divine Feminine and reflect, express, and finally be kind not just to others but to myself and little me.
