Butch is best known as the creator of beloved Nickelodeon series like The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy, and Bunsen Is a Beast. In 2003, he founded Billionfold Inc. to produce these shows and served as executive producer on The Fairly OddParents throughout its 16-year run. 

In 2005, Butch and Julieann, co-founded Hartman House, a non-profit organization which supports those in developing nations, as well as poverty-stricken areas in the United States.
