The Rejects review episode 5 of “Pam and Tommy” (Uncle Jim & Aunt Suzie in Duluth), the finale of the amazing series “Peacemaker” (It’s Cow or Never) and one of the Best Picture nominees for the 2022 Oscars, “Don’t Look Up” on Netflix starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep and a very underrated performance from Mark Rylance. They get excited for the announcement of “Stranger Things: Volume 1” coming in May 2022 and Amazon Prime’s “The Boys” animated spinoff, “The Boys: Diabolical” hitting the streaming service on March 4, 2022. They bemoan the loss of director, producer and writer, Ivan Reitman last week, RIP.

The Rejects review the excellent finale of “The Book of Boba Fett” (In the Name of Honor” and also review episode 4 of “Pam and Tommy” (The Master Beta), episode 7 of “Peacemaker” (Stop Dragon My Heart Around) and episodes 3-8 of “Reacher”. Greg suggests checking out the incredible Netflix K-Drama zombie show, “All of Us Are Dead”. The Rejects get excited for the May 25 2022 premiere date of “Obi Wan Kenobi” on Disney + and they talk the trailer for “Jurassic World: Dominion” that hit the web last week. They talk the 2022 Best Picture Oscar nominations and will review some of them in upcoming episodes. Thankfully we did not lose anyone this week, but we are losing all the Marvel shows on Netflix on March 1 2022, so binge while you can until they announce where the shows will be heading.

The Rejects review the penultimate episode of “The Book of Boba Fett” (From the Desert Comes a Stranger) and episode 6 of “Peacemaker” (Murn After Reading). They start the new series on Disney +, “Pam and Tommy” and review the first three episodes. They also tackle the first two episodes of “Reacher” on Amazon Prime that premiered last week (Welcome to Margrave & First Dance), starring the underrated Alan Ritchson. They give honourable mention to the dearly departed Howard Hesseman, AKA Dr. Johnny Fever from WKRP in Cincinnati fame.

The Rejects review episodes 5 of “The Book of Boba Fett “The Return of the Mandalorian” and “Paeacemaker” (Monkey Dory). They cover the final 5 episodes of the first half of the final season of “Ozark” season 4 (episodes 3-7) and they review the Kevin James Netflix movie “Home Team”. They share their thoughts on who they would like to play James Bond and talk about the new shows coming out this week.

The Rejects review episodes 4 of “The Book of Boba Fett” (The Gathering Storm) and “Peacemaker” (The Choad Less Traveled). They also review the first 2 episodes of “Ozark” season 4 (The Beginning of the End & Let the Great World Spin). They give their take on the Netflix movie “The Protégé” starring the amazing Maggie Q, Michael Keaton and Samuel L. Jackson (2 thumbs up). They also take a minute to discuss the trailer for “Moon Knight”, the hotly anticipated series on Disney + coming out on March 30 2022, the Amazon Prime series “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” hitting the streamer on September 2 2022 and season 2 of “Picard” coming out March 3 2022. The take a moment to discuss the passing of two greats last week, Meatloaf and Louie Anderson.

The Rejects cover the finale of “Dexter: New Blood” (Sins of the Father), episode 3 of “The Book of Boba Fett” (The Streets of Mos Espa) and the first 3 episodes of the very funny and outlandish “Peacemaker” on HBO Max (A Whole New Whirled/Best Friends, For Never and Better Goff Dead). They also review Marvel’s latest offering, “The Eternals” on Disney + directed by Chloe Zao. Special mention to Bob Saget and Sidney Poitier who sadly passed away last week.

And honourable mention is given at the end of the episode to Betty White, who sadly passed away last week at the age of 99. RIP Betty.

The Rejects review episode 6 of “Dexter: New Blood” (Too Many Tuna Sandwiches) and the penultimate episode of “Hawkeye” (Ronin). They also review the first two episodes of season 2 of “The Witcher” (A Grain of Truth & Kaer Morhen), directed by Concordia University Alum, Stephen Surjik (BFA 82). And since this is the last episode of BBR before Christmas, the Rejects review one of Greg’s favourite Xmas movies, “A Christmas Story” from 1983. This holiday classic was directed by Bob Clark and starred Melinda Dillon, Darren McGavin and the great Peter Billingsley. They also discuss other Christmas classics like National Lampoon’s “Christmas Vacation”, “Scrooged” and animation classics like “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. They also give a mini-review of the soon-to-be Xmas stop-motion Classic, “Ted Lasso-The Missing Christmas Mustache” on Apple TV +.
