There is a process to becoming something new. In my book Butterfly Being, While a new creation eventually emerges as a monarch butterfly, the process of  metamorphosis is not about being a Caterpillar or a butterfly, but really about the journey from Caterpillar to butterfly. This course in change explores cause and effect and the space in between where change occurs.

Join me for part three where we close out the course in change and the PODCAST! I KNOW. I am nothing if not obedient! The work is now done. Please enjoy the finale and bonus tracks of music that have insight, instill and inspired change in me over these past three years! Be well my loves~
