In today's episode I discuss how I refused to let life circumstances interrupt a perfectly good bath. Specifically I describe how I learned not to let my negative thoughts get in my way by using a simple technique to disarm negative thoughts that I learned while watching a Ted Talk video a few months ago. It's remarkable how well it works considering its simplicity.
