An extension to BuyaKuwe.

This episode is inspired by a conversation I had with my younger sister Zonke after she dug herself out of the mud. We all get stuck in life, but many of us choose to become victims when we find ourselves in that situation. I chose to do this recording to inspire anyone who feels stuck, to not choose being a victim or wait for a savior. Use your situation instead to become your own hero, rise from that muddy situation. Buyakuwe.

Sometimes we allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by certain emotions when life happens. It's good to look back at your life and reflect on how you got through some of the hardest moment , moments that you didn't think you would overcome but you did. Draw strength from your past and remember that it is all for your greater good even if it doesn't feel that way.

Depth is key.

A message of Faith & Acceptance for people going through life's changes. Allow things to unfold as they should. Believe that God is for you in all these changes. Trust the process , never lose hope. One day you will look back and you will understand why you had to through what you are going through now. You'll be thankful.

A segments done for Rise Fm for People who struggle with accepting where they are in life. It is important to know that it doesn't benefit you to compare your life with other people's lives because you have no idea how deep your issues are. Learn to grow from all experiences and setbacks.

As a child I grew up being told that it was not okay to speak up against those who wronged me. I had to be the bigger person so to say.

In this segment I share my story with unresolved emotions and how they ended up affecting my overall wellbeing .

Not being able to let go has been a big issue in my life which is why I choose to share my experience.
