This week Brian was down in Austin, TX hard at work enjoying some great craft beer. The highlight of the trip took him out to Jester King Brewery. Joining him on the mic was Barrel Room Manager, Sarah Lee Parker. Over time Sarah has continued to take on more and more responsibility at Jester King. She started at the front of house, transitioned to production team, then brewer, and is now in her current role! Jester King is highly regarded as one of the best in the business when it comes to wild and spontaneous fermentation beers. If it is not on your short list of breweries to visit, it ought to be!
