We are getting closer and closer to the end of the year and as we do then it only makes sense that we would take some time and look back over the previous year.

In this episode I am going over the ten questions that I ask myself every year as I get ready to start goal planning.

It is a great way to be honest with yourself about what you accomplished this year and what were some of your challenges.

It's better to start planning earlier than to wait until the last minute. As previously mentioned I love the planner world. It's my happy place. Which means that any reason to pull out my planner and pens is always welcome. That is just one of the reasons that we are talking about planning for 2020. Family can be a tricky thing. I'm telling a few stories about how I started new family traditions and why I think that they worked. The way that we talk to our friends shouldn't be any better than how we talk to ourselves. You are the only person you have to live with for the rest of your life so it is so important that you treat yourself right. One of the hardest ways to do that can sometimes be that voice in your head. The one that doesn't cut you any slack or that talks down to you all day long. I'm going to explore that voice today and give you a few suggestions to change the tone.
