Candice Jackson is a lawyer in California, Oregon & Washington. In the first Trump Administration she was appointed Acting Secretary for Civil Rights and Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Education where she spearheaded landmark Title IX regulations. For the last three years she has continued litigating and consulting on issues of parents’ rights and women’s rights especially regarding the clash between sex and gender identity.
She joins to discuss these issues as a lesbian woman who is a conservative, and knows full well how ineffective and dangerous DEI policies have been and will continue to be.
