I’m sharing a story I feel I owe to the fans. While we live and breathe C10 trucks here, you can’t talk about the culture without acknowledging the giants who paved the way.
In Part 1 of "My Boyd Story," I’m taking you back to where the inspiration started. I’m also sharing a very personal moment from the 2018 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, where I had the chance to meet Boyd’s wife, Jo Coddington. Jo is a total sweetheart, and telling her face-to-face how much Boyd’s influence shaped my life and career was a moment I'll never forget.
On this episode:
Morning Update: What’s on the horizon for the day and the latest from the C10 America Studio.
The SEMA Connection: Meeting Jo Coddington and the emotional conversation that solidified a bond with the Coddington legacy.
The Foundation: How those early experiences and Boyd's advice started to shape the man and the designer I am today.
I’m leaving you with a major cliffhanger today because what Boyd told me—the stuff that really shifted my focus—is coming in Part 2. Tomorrow's episode will be a little longer, and you definitely don't want to miss it.
Sit back, relax, and check out Part 1. See you tomorrow for the conclusion.

In today’s episode, Texas Rich wraps up the story of meeting JD Cole from Dallas Car Sharks through a connection with the "Dragon Lady" from Fast N' Loud. We’re finishing that journey and diving into some fresh updates from the garage.
We also want to put a spotlight on the studio’s Featured Prints. These aren't your typical prints; they are built for serious durability. To prove it, we've seen one of our metal prints of a '65 Impala pulled straight out of the rubble of a shop fire—once the soot was wiped off, it looked as good as the day it was delivered. That same rugged quality is now available in our brand-new custom metal show boards. Built to withstand Mother Nature, these boards won't fade, smudge, or smear in the rain or snow.
The studio lines will be open soon for your calls, so get ready to join the conversation. Whether you're in the shop or on the road, join us for the real deal on the truck lifestyle.

Welcome to Facebook Live Audio Edition 5.5.26—this is the audio side of what went down live, cleaned up and ready to roll.
We’re breaking in the new format today—no more reading ads live. You’ll hear our commercials dropped in the way they’re supposed to be—tight, professional, and built to keep the show moving. It saves time and keeps us locked into that one-hour window without losing the flow.
If you want the full experience, head over to the C10 America Facebook page and watch the live version. This right here is for the guys on the go.
We’re talking upcoming shows, where C10 America will have a booth, where we’ll just be walking and connecting, and a few stops we won’t be making. And yeah—we get into some “street walking, street talking”… you’ll want to hear which show that’s about.
And by the way—if you like what you’re hearing with our ads, we can do the same thing for you. Whether you’re starting a podcast, building a TikTok, launching a YouTube channel, or growing a Facebook page—we’ll help you sound polished and professional right out of the gate.
Doesn’t matter where you’re at—another state, another town, or even another country—we’ve got you covered. Just send us a little info about your business or what you’re building, and we’ll turn it into a clean, high-quality audio commercial that fits your style. There’s a small fee, but if you’re serious about your content, it’s worth it.
Real trucks. Real people. Real conversations.

This one’s a good one.
In today’s episode, I’m taking you back to when I first met JD Cole—and sharing a few of those moments that just stick with you. The kind you don’t forget.
We get into some real conversation too—talking metal prints, show boards, features, and what it really takes behind the scenes. It’s not all polished… it’s real life, real work, and real passion.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, I tell a story about being up on the roof with my dad hanging Christmas lights… one of those memories that still means something today.
This is Part 1 of a two-part story.
We’re getting back to what built this podcast—interviews with the people behind the trucks. We’re in a re-phasing stage right now, dialing in the studio, mapping out who we’re talking to, and where we’re headed next. It’s coming together, and we’ll be back to those interviews before you know it.
