Ps Melanie wraps up our Vision Builders series by talking about stewardship.

Ps Melanie begins our Vision Builders month by sharing on vision, and the vision for C3 Church Watson. God’s vision for us is so much more than just to gather on a Sunday morning. He has so much more to do through us and with us. If God has you here in Canberra, He has you here for a reason.

Ps Paul wraps up our One Another series by looking at the importance of noticing each other. We should be esteeming others, which we can do by treating them like we would God, noticing them, and taking the time to listen. Ps Paul encourages all of us to be asking God each day, who do you want to bless through me today?

Guest speaker, Ps Pat Antcliff, shared a powerful and encouraging message on Pentecost Sunday about being filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a gift from God and is a doorway for us to experience all He has for us. Everyone can be baptised in the Holy Spirit and have access of the gifts this provides. Both Ps Amanda and Ps Pat share their own experiences of being filled with the Holy Spirit, and encourages us that whatever your own experience looks like, God wants you to receive this gift from Him.

Ps Jess continues our series by looking at a few of the One Anothers mentioned in the New Testament. We are to notice, carry, encourage, and love one another. We are called to be a people who reflect Jesus to one another.

Ps Melanie continues our relationship series by looking at honour. We need to honour others through our words and actions. To honour someone is to see their value, to respect them, to listen to understand them. It is our vertical relationship - us and God - that helps us with our horizontal relationships - us and others.

Nathan kicks off our relationship series by diving into the passage Colossians 3:9-17. He looked at the virtues that we should be clothing ourselves in every day. As well as our calling to forgive others and to live out of this forgiveness. Forgiveness is about trusting God and having a heavenly perspective of why we do it.

We wrap up our series this week with a tag-team preach. Megan starts off by sharing how Jesus is the bread of life. He can fill us in a way that nothing of the world can - He is more interested in what your soul needs, rather than just your earthly needs. Ps Melanie then continues by looking at Jesus’ I am statements in John 10 - that He is the door, and He is the great shepherd. This provides us protection, and helps us to thrive. We are known by God and belong to Him.

Jesus is still relevant today because He is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. John continues our series by looking at how Jesus is The Way. He shows us our direction and can be our guidance.
