Ps Valerie McIntyre brings us the third part of this series with a great message on The Surprising Saviour and Outsiders. Being part of the in crowd has always been important. To the first century Jew, Jesus’ approach to people who were marginalised was mind blowing.  He touched lepers (you never did this) he welcomed to his table tax collectors, Romans, the immoral, and the despised. He was always about people, not classes, races, or groups – but individuals.

The Surprising Saviour, Women and Children. In Part 2 of this series Ps Simon McIntyre unpacks how Jesus’s relationship with children was a surprise, and his relationship (way of relating) with women was a shock.  Without being patronising  Jesus elevated the status and value of women in ways surpassing and unheard of.  The gospel accounts are also revolutionary in showing God’s heart for children – often despised or ignored in that time.

In the final message of our Relationship Series, Ps Simon McIntyre takes us to the heart of great relationships – The Art of Forgiveness. Every human connection requires, sooner or later, the magic words, “I forgive you.”  This is a Kingdom Key and it unlocks others and ourselves.
