Vivian also highlights some common misunderstandings, including what does and what does not constitutes migrant exploitation. Andrew, Deputy CEO of CABNZ, discusses the recently developed website, Kōnae, which aims to help people to seek help with finding and accessing records created about them (or whānau) by organisations involved in decisions about their guardianship or care. He outlines the types of records they can access help with, and issues such as user privacy and places from which they might seek further support.

This community hub in Eastgate Mall connects individuals and families with the support, advice and resources along with the many trusted agencies that partner and collaborate and offer their services on site also.

On today's show, Linda Turner, the Centre Manager for the Hornby Community Centre, updates listeners on exciting renovations happening and what the community can look forward to. Alongside existing services:the Opshop, daily CAB services and a variety of existing clinics, are new facilities that cater to even more community needs. These include: medical and mental health services, along with a variety of bookable spaces for groups and a welcoming cafe.
