  • Carrie Quinlan on Bill Tuesday

Our guest today is star of stage and screen Carrie Quinlan, who also hosts a brilliant kids' podcast called Ask The Nincompoops. Which you should definitely check out, just search Great Big Owl in your podcast app of choice.

PLUS it's BILL TUESDAY - we find out what happened on the Bill two decades ago this week (ish).

  • Monksday Monday and A QUIZ!

Helen Monks is back! Because she has nothing to do, like the rest of us. And has a great story about Sardinian bandits. Plus, listener (and actual novelist in his own right) Michael J Ritchie offered us a quiz he'd written that he can no longer use so we SNAPPED IT UP.

  • Julia Raeside on telly and Marc Haynes' living hell

Today’s Owls are the host of Box Of Delights Julia Raeside and the host of Wrestle Me Marc Haynes. Plus our usual Disney+ update, what’s Dave been watching on day three of his new subscription? Spoiler alert, it’s an absolute banger.

  • Jon Holmes and Sweary Kids

We have some updates on people who are home schooling and, we'll be honest, there are mixed results. We are also joined by Jon Holmes of Radio 4 and The The One Show Show fame, who recycles a game from his now defunct BBC Radio show.

Aaaaand you know the Twitter handle by now (DON'T YOU??) but just in case here it is (all together now!): @cabinfe83709000. Do get in touch, we welcome any and all correspondence in these lonely and confusing times.

  • The Argos Quiz and Tilly Steele

Well we promised it, and boy did we deliver. If you've ever wanted a (quite visual, we'll be honest) quiz based around the Argos Spring/Summer 1999 catalogue, then LOOK NO FURTHER. The quiz was lovingly prepared by Chris Sawyer (who produces the Radio 1 Breakfast Show, so we have high hopes for its quality).

We also speak to Victoria and Dr Who star Tilly Steele who is well into week two of isolation - has she gone mad yet?

IMPORTANT INFO: the full PowerPoint presentation of the Argos quiz can be found on our Twitter, we'll pin it for a few days - our very catchy Twitter handle is @cabinfe83709000 (there's a jingle in the podcast to help you remember it).

  • The Bill and Chlamydia

We promised it, it's a The Bill special episode (sort of). Catch up what happened in The Bill Season 19 (!!), plus a coincidental brace of stories about chlamydia.

You can get in touch with us at our very catchy Twitter handle @cabinfe83709000. But handily, this episode has a jingle to help you remember it.

  • David Mitchell and Helen Monks

Isolation! Isolation! It's just the way we feel. So here we are, with our brand new daily podcast for as long as we're all isolated - mainly to stop us going mad.

You can get in touch with us at our very catchy Twitter handle @cabinfe83709000. But handily, this episode has a jingle to help you remember it.

And you can hear the full chat with David Mitchell and Jon Dryden Taylor on the Rule Of Three podcast, just search Great Big Owl in your podcast app of choice to find it.

  • PILOT slash TRAILER - Cabin Fever starts Monday

We've gone mad and basically recorded a whole tester episode, rather than a 30 second trailer. You are WELCOME.

Cabin Fever proper starts on MONDAY (23rd March) - they'll be in your podcast pockets by the time you wake up, unless you wake up at like 1am.

This podcast comes from the team at Great Big Owl, and is basically something for us to do while we self isolate - we're all recording from our own homes, with zero physical contact. Will it be shit? Only one way to find out.

In the meantime, we'd like to hear about your terrible home gym setups, plus what weird thing you're binge watching during isolation (can you beat old episodes of The Bill on YouTube?).

Tweet us @CabinFe83709000 (yes, we know. Listen to the pilot to find out what happened here).
