Hello, welcome to this new series I willl be hosting weekly. Where I am transparent and tell you HEALING it`s not all fits one. It takes hating yourself to finally accepting and loving all of you. Honestly it`s been ongoing for me with so many challenges in life but I am grateful for GOD & MY FAMILY to give me that immense support. This is me gaining my power back. Excited to have you let`s get to healing and doing the inner work in our mental health and body. We are becoming the change we want to see. Talk to your anger and dig deeper on why its showing up more in your adult relationships. I wonder if it's a younger part of you who is feeling unheard and dismissed. Ask yourself who is really anger and pray it out and journal it out if you need to write a letter to your anger please do so. Anger is such a strong emotion that had destroyed many things for her .
