Today we discuss about childhood friends you no longer talk to but wonder what would life be if they were still in your life. Sometimes some bonds need to be left in the past or remain broken. It does suck but thats part of being an adult and outgrowing certain friendships.

This one is very personal to me because I am currently dealing with this in real time. As I navigate my own journey with therapy letting go of old wounds and beginning anew with my life and healing and accepting who my parent is.

Hola mi gente we dive in to healing your in child that is telling you to let them in but enjoying it all the emotions of it all. Yes this is talking about two emotions where you are happy and healing but as well grieving and crying about what you lost. You definitely can feel both emotions
