This week the team talk about The Rapture, the end of the world, Zombie outbreaks, Trains travelling the world in a frozen wasteland and Armageddon. Yes, we're talking about the Apocalypse. With so many different ways the world could potentially end and we get Covid.

We discuss how we would survive in an end of the world scenario, living in Takeshi's Castle during a zombie outbreak and having Craig Charles narrate it before asking the question; if a meteor was hurtling to earth, would we send the Queen to stop it?!

This week the Northern Dreamers talk all about the Kids TV shows we grew up with. We discuss everything from; finding out the truth about Chuckies Mum in Rugrats, Ash letting Butterfree go and watching Fun House just for the Twins.

We discuss how these shows wouldn't make it onto the air today and chat about how on earth something like Ren and Stimpy even made it to TV.

This week the theme is Marvel Vs DC. We give our opinion on which side we prefer, what makes their rivalry so special, what we love from each franchise, and discuss the fact you can actually love both sides. 

We also look at Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and discuss how we want him back alongside Ryan Reynolds Deadpool. We chat about Green Arrow and the Arrow-verse before moving on to talk about Tom Hardy as Bane and Venom.

This week the guys talk gaming. We let listeners know about our new gaming show coming soon. We talk the very first games we played and games really got us into gaming. We discuss all the different beat 'em ups we loved, how we mastered spamming the same buttons to win a match, and how the programmers for Dead or Alive added in the ability to be able to turn that jiggle up to 99.

We also take a look at Final Fantasy and the impact it's had on our lives. We even, be it ever so briefly, talking about Fifa.

This week Glen takes back the hosting reigns.

This week's theme is food. The guys talk about going to Subway, Mad Max style trips to KFC, the birth of "Chicken in a bag!" and they top it all off with a story about double dipping a certain phallic body part at an all you can eat buffet.

Big Dave tells us how he took a car door off and slept in Adam's dirty laundry, Calumn tells us about his girthy big boy and Glen tries to convince everyone that there definitely should not be a Netflix special about him.

The Northern Dreamers are dwindling in numbers this week with Glen, Big Dave and Calumn.

We try a new twist to the show where each member of the team now takes the reins and talks about their selected subject or topic; this week Calumn talks all about collecting. We discuss all the things we have collected over the years, why we collect and the strangest things that we've collected over the years.

We talk about collecting cans, pogs, kinder eggs balls, plus many more. We also chat about how anime has helped grow our friendship and how collecting is more than just a single person hobby.

The Northern Dreamers get real. We talk about healthy living, hobbies and mental health, not just our own but how other people might feel too. We do this by keeping the show funny but, we do take mental health seriously and we try to help people understand that you ARE NOT alone and that there are people who will always listen if you need to talk.

Glen opens up for the first time about being in an abusive relationship and Adam tells us about how someone close to him transitioned, from a woman into a man, and how that person had anxiety about telling him about it. 

We do open up a lot in this episode and we hope it helps others open up about their mental health with friends and family.

This week the Northern Dreamers talk about technology and take you on a nostalgia trip. We look at a variety of topics regarding how technology has changed over the years; from computers, video games and phones to medication, the advancement in prosthetics limbs and how we may be able to get a new face after being shot with a shotgun.

We also go off on a little tangent and tell stories about how we, as youngsters, found our porn in the forest and how buying a Nuts magazine and pack of football stickers was the norm.
