Paul Deras is an award wininng Head Brewer for San Diego's own Mike Hess Brewing. Paul discussed his journey in beer from stickering 6 packs, to becoming the head brewer for the last 4 years. Marco returns to C&G, and this time he brought a new homie along, Brandon Keeper owner of Wavy. I brought the boys on to discuss the their upcoming project and new shared space in National City. Mike D of The Heavy Breathing Foundation a non-profit out of Vista, California pulled up to the shop. The Heavy Breathing foundation helps disvantaged youth through strength training and providing a place to help one another and build confidence through training.
