How I lived alone without friends
如何一個人生活 沒有任何朋友

1. In Short簡短說,I lived alone獨自 for 6 years. I had minima最小 contact聯繫 with people outside of the internet網路 and rarely少地 left home. 

2.I had little money —just enough to get by — and had chosen選擇 to pursue追逐 an online career職業 in a new city.

3.My Daily每日 Life,Every day, I would wake up起床 and make coffee. I ate吃 breakfast早餐 at my desk. I worked from home for 7–12 hours, sometimes more, then would watch TV and go to bed.

4.Social社交 Life,On a normal平常 weekend, I would play online games線上. 
On rare occasions時刻, I took my laptop筆電 and went to a coffee shop or local當地 bar酒吧.

5.Benefits益處 of Living Alone
a.Learned new hobbies嗜好
b.Was able to stick to a schedule行程 without interruptions打擾
c.More successful成功 in my career工作
d.Made online friends
e.More reading time
f.Time for self-reflection自我思考 and figuring out找出 what was important重要的

6.Downsides缺點
a.Loneliness孤單
b.Spent many years not gaining real life experience經驗
c.Starve飢餓 for conversation對話
d.Made no close friends
e.Stopped caring about my looks外表 and home
f.ecame more reserved保守
g.Traveling alone lost all charm魅力, since I did it often and there was no one to share the experience with.
h.Increased增加 depression憂鬱 and anxiety焦慮
i.When looking back on those years, I have no memories記憶 that are important to me.

7.If you decide決定 that you want to live alone, here are some tips方法 based on my own experience.

8.Join a local organization組織 that will keep you social. 

9.It could be a soccer league足球隊 or community社區 activity活動. 

10. Don’t flake不要爽約.

11. Use your free time for learning學習.

12.The one thing I don’t regret後悔 while living alone is the amount of online courses課程 I watched, hobbies嗜好 I learned, and reading that got done.

13.If you become變成 lonely寂寞 and are in the right place for it, consider考慮 getting a pet寵物. 

14.Having a pet helped curb抑制 loneliness寂寞 and going on walks improved改善 my mood心情 greatly很棒地.

15.If possible可能, live somewhere that is close to a coffee shop or some other place you can go to get out of the house.

16.Keep your place clean and organized條理. 

17.When living alone, taking care of yourself and your mental心靈 health is a huge巨大 responsibility責任.

18.If you become lonely and have dark thoughts想法, reach out排出 to someone. 

19.Even though you may be physically實際上 alone, there are many who care and will help steer帶領 you on the path to healing療癒.
