This isn’t an outlandish古怪 goal.
You have zero chance機會 of failing失敗 this goal目標.
For instance實例, if you want to write a book — don’t make that your goal.
The task任務 will feel too big and difficult難的.
But if you write one page every day, that’s achievable.
In fact, it’s so easy that even the most difficult writers in the world could do it.

The key to this is very straightforward直截了當.
Take your goal, then break it down into tasks you can complete完成 daily日常.
As each step is completed, you move towards向 your goal.
Many people fail because they lack缺少 patience耐心.

The broader廣泛 your goal, the more patience耐心 you will need.
Create創造 A Daily Schedule日程

But here’s the thing, these are distractions keeping you from working.
I usually don’t keep my phone in my office, although雖然 right now it is next to me.
My willpower意志 has been built up to withstand禁得起 the fiercest最激烈的 temptations誘惑.
But if you struggle鬥爭 with your phone and are heavily沉重 addicted上癮, keep it away from you.
Leave it in a different不同 room.

I currently現在 have a few tabs open but none of them have taken me away from my task.
Whatever distracts分心 you the most, eliminate排除 it.
It’s not helping you.
It’s just taking your focus away from the things that matter要緊 most to you.

Whatever無論 you decide決定, don’t let distractions kill your focus.
This also applies to your physical物質的 environment環境.
Believe相信 it or not, a messy凌亂 workspace工作空間 is also a big distraction for many people.
Don’t work in a rubbish垃圾 place.
Keep your office minimalistic極簡主義.
It’ll help you focus on your daily tasks.
Time Yourself
I do this all the time.
But I have experimented實驗 with it in the past過去 and think it’s worth including包括.
I’d set a timer for 33 minutes and 33 seconds, then sit at my desk.
During this time I could only do 2 things:
Sit.
Or write.
After a while, sitting becomes變成 boring無聊.
So I started開始 writing.
Then, as soon as the timer beeped, I stopped immediately立即.
It doesn't matter if I was finishing完成 a word, I would stop.
A 5 minute break休息 is scheduled before another wave波浪 of 33 minutes.
Like I said, I tried this for a bit and found it fun.
You should try.

It is said that the elite精英 can do up to 4 hours.
If you’re inexperienced沒有經驗 to this, don’t be arrogant自大的.
You can’t do 4 hours.
Neither can I.

Start with 30 minutes, then gradually逐步 increase增加 your deep work periods時期.
