Lawrence Peryer chats separately with Caitlin and Jon to hear about their roles at Lyte and lives outside of work. 

Caitlin Flood is the Office and Community Manager at Lyte. She's been tasked with keeping Lyters connected and productive during quarantine. Caitlin is part of our Impact team where she works on charitable initiatives that range from Lyte's partnerships with PLUS1 and Backline to COVID-19 relief. 

Jon Carr is a visual designer at Lyte. He grew up in the music industry and has been seen and heard in movies and tv shows including Oliver Stone's "The Doors" and "Californication." Jon talks about learning visual design through his musical endeavors and his process to create the visuals you see on Lyte.com and throughout our social media.
