We have a special episode today with a longtime friend of the pod, Caleb Darger. Born and raised in Utah, Caleb was writing songs and starting bands from a young age. His new album, Fault Line is set to release on 9/14/2024 across all major streaming platforms. We discuss music, his influences, bands in the area that he enjoys and looked up to, and the genesis of the tracks and emotions on his new album. Since we mention it, here's the Key and Peele sketch on 'Old School Hits.'
After the interview with Caleb, Madison and Tristan discuss some of the movies and shows they've been watching, and then stick around as we have 2 songs from the album, just for you!
We hope you enjoy today's episode with Caleb Darger, and be sure to share it with friends and anyone interested in starting a band, writing an album, and making music. And if you're in Utah, you can buy tickets to his album release show on 9/14/2024 here.

"Hello!
In case you've missed it, my album is coming out September 14! I'll be playing a show at Velour in Provo that night to celebrate. My friend Mike, who recorded pedal steel on the album, is flying out from Pittsburgh to perform with me and the rest of the band.
Amanda Carson, who sang harmonies on many of the songs will also be coming out to play an opening set and to sing harmonies with me.
The rest of my band is so incredibly talented, you won't want to miss it! We may or may not be playing a couple Mighty Sequoyah classics.
You can buy tickets here. To sweeten the deal, Mozz Pizza in Provo is offering 15% off to everyone that buys a presale ticket!
I recently released a new version of "Ghosts", along with a music video which you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwZ9Spjv2xA&ab_channel=CalebDarger
Thanks always for your support,
Love, Caleb"
