#9: What hasn't Caleb Lade done? TCU football, Ironman, biking across America, Doctor, Businessman, Father, and Husband... He does it all!
In this show we get to hear about how Caleb's experienced shaped him and the way he thinks about each day. He discusses how focusing on health and keeping yourself healthy will enable many areas of your life to be better because of it, as well as gaining confidence from it.
Caleb is the epitome of pushing yourself past the limits of what you think you can do. In college Caleb was on the TCU football team, all while he participated in a fraternity and studied pre-med/business. In the summer going into his senior year of college he biked across the United States to raise support for charity. During med school he chose to do an Ironman without ever hardly running or swimming the distances even close to what is necessary to finish.
From his own experience he shares how sometimes it is important to be hard on yourself in order to pull yourself out of a rut. Caleb also talks about how it is up to you to seize the opportunity that is in front of you. No excuses no regrets. Enjoy and implement the lessons he shares!
