This week, we’re meeting some of the residents of California’s Death Rows at San Quentin and Chowchilla State Prisons. While we don’t believe in the death penalty, California’s moratorium on these cases means these sentences are largely symbolic gestures, and likely won’t be carried out. However you feel about the death penalty, we can all agree that these are some of the worst of the worst crimes that have ever happened in our home state.
