In this episode of the California Liberty Project podcast, I gave a broad overview of the current California primary & upcoming election. I discussed some of the notable races in the state, as well as trends and news stories that are affecting the primary on March 5: Newsom's worse-than-expected budget deficit, a new poll showing Newsom would lose a hypothetical presidential election to Donald Trump (by 10 points!), and a ballot initiative that could defang California's disastrous Prop. 47, which has been largely responsible for a huge increase in petty thefts, robberies, and public-menace crimes over the past several years in California.

In Episode 68, my guest was Harrison Tinsley, a Bay Area dad who is undergoing a nightmarish struggle to gain joint custody and protect his young son, who is being raised as "non binary" by the boy's mother (and he is being referred to as "they/them" by the mother). We talked about his case, as well as the current state of courts and the general bias against fathers in California custody proceedings. We also discussed some of the radical philosophy behind the modern gender-identity/fluidity movement.
