There's a new bill passed by The California State Assembly, which if a parent in a custody arrangement doesn't affirm a child's chosen gender, that parent may lose custody of the child.

Kennedy weighs in, criticizing the amount of power a court can have when deciding to extract a child over something so small, on the scale of reasons for removing a child from a home.
