A recent law may have an impact – that’s California’s Senate Bill 2, also known as the Kenneth Ross Jr. Police Decertification Act which was fought for and won by a statewide coalition that included BLM Grassroots, the Anti-Police Terror Project, Alliance for Boys and Men of Color and others including the ACLU of Northern California.
