• Baptized when her son was 9 months old
  • Missy was a lukewarm Christian
  • She operated as a puppet and people pleaser
  • She was baptized in Florida when she went to visit her grandmother
  
  
• The process was not easy because Missy just went
  • Missy knew she wanted to get baptized but she was not converted
  • She went to the building but she was not dedicated to the ministry
  • She went through a lot when she first got baptized

1. Gen 1:27  (Creation of man) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

1.  Gen 2:7  And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

• The wilderness experience
  • Receiving a call about a job opportunity and rejoicing 
  • Fabbie recorded a video of testimony and never posting it
  • In the waiting season
  
  
• Losing her mother and her strength
  • Fabbie had such strength during the loss of her mother
  • She equated the loss of her mom to king David and the loss of his son, David fasted and prayed while the child was alive, but when the child died he was at peace
  • She was dealing with stress while her mother was in the hospital
  • Fabbie hid her emotions from her mom, she knew her strength came from God
  • Before her mom passed she asked God to do whatever His will was with her mom
  
  
• During grief she brought others into the presence of God
  • Fabbie told everyone that came to the funeral to get ready and let's go to church
  • She remained faithful in her walk with the Lord
  • Her family sees the light of Christ in her
  • Fabbie loves the Lord and she is not afraid to let anyone know that

2 Timothy 1:8-9 8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; 9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

In Christ we have nothing to be ashamed of because our confidence is in  the testimony of our Lord. What is that Testimony? JESUS DIED, HE WAS BURIED, AND HE ROSE ON THIRD DAY, AND HE ASCENDED BACK TO GLORY and SIT ON THE RIGHT HAND THRONE OF GOD AS THE GOD MAN MAKING INTERCESSION BETWEEN A DIVINE PERFECT LOVING FATHER AND A FALLEN BROKEN IMMORAL SINFUL HUMANITY. 

1.  PURPOSE IS IN CONFIDENCE OF THE GOSPEL

NOR OF ME HIS PRISONER-Paul identified as a Prisoner of the Lord and if Timothy was ashamed to freely preach the Gospel Message of the Lord, he would be denying his relationship to his brother in Christ Paul. Paul perceived his bondage as his badge of honor to suffer on the Lord’s behalf.

1. PURPOSE IS IN THE CLAIMED STATUS OF BEING A PRISONER FOR THE LORD

BE THOU A PARTAKER OF THE AFFLICTIONS OF GOSPEL ACCORDING TO POWER OF GOD

1. PURPOSE OF YOUR SUFFERING BRINGS OUT THE PURPOSE OF YOUR CREATOR
2. PURPOSE MUST BE SEEN IN THE CREATION LOOKING AT THEIR REFLECTION THROUGH THE CREATOR
   1. EPHESIANS 2:8-9 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
