We will be talking with Cheryl Christensen, Desert Cat Rescue and Jeanmarie Schiller-McGinnis, Hearts That Purr. We'll be discussing cat rescue, what it's like to rescue these little purry beings, how they got into rescue, the trials and tribulations, and what's involved in cat rescue.

We'll be talking with Ann Herrington, Publisher/Editor, Bella Wexler, Intern/Writer, and Bonnie Craig, Writer. We will be discussing The Tucson Dog Magazine, how it got its start, what it's like to write for them, how they got started writing for the magazine, and some of the articles and information you can find in the magazine.

We will be discussing animal cruelty with Sara Dent, Attorney at Law, Kellye Pinkleton, Humane Society of the United States, Michelle Kleckner, HSSA Cruelty Investigations Assistant, and Detective Michael Duffey, HSSA Animal Cruelty Taskforce. We will talk about the laws dealing with it, how to report it, and some of the different forms that it takes.

We are going to be talking with Det. Michael Duffey, Humane Society of Southern Arizona/Animal Cruelty Taskforce, Theresa Warrell, Horse'n Around Rescue, and Cindy Butereiez, HEART of Tucson Rescue. We are going to talk about equine abuse, some of the laws in place to protect equines, the different forms of abuse that can happen, the rescues that take these animals in and some of the cases that they've dealt with.

Tonight we'll talk with Nikki Reck, Pima Animal Care and Control, Haley Clauges, RAD Rescue, and Nadine Sipos Swart, Animal Advocate/Rescuer. We'll be discussing how animal shelters work with their local rescues in getting animals out of the shelter so they don't get euthanized. We'll find out how these people all come together to make good things happen and how you can help out.
