A very common issue in the fashion industry and modeling world is distorted views of body image. This can make it difficult for models with curvier figures to find a place for themselves in their industry, even as it has become more "inclusive."

Being in the military in today’s day and age brings with it a plethora of mental health ailments that our men and women in uniform may endure during their time in service, and also after retirement and transitioning to civilian life.
Add in the stressors that come with being a Navy SEAL, and the mental health ramifications can be catastrophic.

Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on the planet. Kids will inevitably act out, and then the parent has to make a split-second decision as to how to react.

Relationships can be difficult to maintain, even with a “stable” day-to-day life. For military spouses, those difficulties become amplified by military life. Training, long hours, deployments, and more contribute to the magnification of relationship issues.

Most of us are pretty aware of the almost automatic reaction or discomfort we experience when we hear noises such as nails on a chalkboard, or other loud and disruptive noises.
