I finally made it back to Flywheel Brewing where this Podcast all started to have a quick chat with James White about Dune Part 1 the new movie that is available in theaters and on HBO Max.  It was a solid movie and a great time catching up with James.  Our conversation gets briefly delayed in the middle due to real life events.  But that doesn't stop us from finishing our beers and our "Review" of Dune.  Listen in and let me know what you think!

Noooooo.  Now I have to watch Squid Games this weekend.  A wonderful recommendation from Kelsey Sweetman my guest this Episode.  She is newly engaged to Nicholas Gullotti,  one half of Zodi-Hacks,  I mean,  that man put an Ice Skating Rink on her finger.  Must be pretty hard for her to lift all this fine cuisine.  However,....  she manages to do it and I'm glad she came on to tell me all about it.  As some one who has been in my life longer then most,  I am glad to call her a good friend.  She came on to tell me all about what it means to be a Foodie.  Some how or another we get in a brief topic about "Legal" Weed Festivals and the amazing THC infused cooking in D.C.  It was all really interesting stuff.  I mean,  Vegan Donuts,  who knew?  Regardless,  it was great catching up with an old friend.  Sincerely,  Eric. 

All Zombies are Zombies,  especially Resident Evil 4 Zombies!  It is just beginning to be Spooky Season so my wonderful Guest Haley MacLean (CoHost of Game and Make Up as well as all around rad person) discusses Zombies and the proper definition of them briefly with me before we go on a very long but still not long enough journey through the Legalities of Video Game Mechanic Patents.  The difference between Patents and Copyright,  and listen to me learn what a POSITA is in real time!  There is so many layers to this very specific topic and Haley walks me through all of it patiently as I try to grasp all the concepts.  We speak briefly about the Casting decisions behind the upcoming Mario movie and I learn the sad story behind the Halifax Explosion of 1917.  Overall,  many things were discussed and it's always a joy to watch some one get carried away in their passions,  so join me and get swept up in this week's Episode.  Sincerely,  Eric. 

Come hang out with myself and Chris Logan (from Best of the Rest Podcast) on this weeks Episode. Where I defend the idea that Destin Daniel Cretton should get the chance to Direct an Avatar: The Last Airbender movie.  Of course I spend too much time this Episode simply referring to him as "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings Director" and praising the movie. After I get that out of my system Chris speaks about the most underrated Artist of the 90s.  Mr. Jeff Buckley himself.  Hallelujah, hallelujah.  How did it take me so long to discover this amazing song writer?!?!  But you can listen to Chris tell you all about him in this Episode.  It was a pleasure hearing about all the work the man was able to create in short time and I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did.  Sincerely,  Eric.

Seriously,  this is my best Friend,  Best Man at my Wedding,  a bromance of Soulmates and a lifelong support system.  This year is our 20 Year Anniversary of Friendship after meeting on a hot summer day with scooters and skateboards.  We discuss how Scrubs deepened our bonds and how his Mom (love you Missy) would be mad at me for years due to a break of trust.  All that said,  he came here to talk about Nier Automata and how damn layered that Game is.  From the beautiful music to the multi-playthroughs,  to the gun shooter twin stick arcade sections.  I love nothing more then when people go on long winded rants.  I'm glad I finally got my best bud on here for it.  Thanks for coming on.  -Sincerely,  Eric
