💡Learnings from Book of the Month: “How to stay calm in a busy world”
- The world has never complained how busy it is, was it the world that is busy or is it or mind?
- When someone swears at you, stay calm for 30 seconds. Then, that’s the end of it, if you fight back, you will have to spend more time with that unhappy person. People say hurtful things because they themselves have been hurt.
