In this calming yin yoga before bed class, we will gently soften the subtle undercurrents of tension and control that often surface at the end of the day. Through slow, nurturing poses and invitations into wonder, surrender, and deep trust, you’ll soothe your nervous system and open to the quiet healing currents available to you as you drift toward sleep. This practice honors the wisdom of your body’s natural rhythms, allowing you to lay down the day’s burdens and receive the profound support of the Earth and stars that are already holding you.
Bedtime is a sacred, liminal threshold where your body, mind, and spirit become deeply receptive. This calming yin yoga practice will help you unwind from mental loops of "fixing" or "doing," and instead guide you into a space of pure receiving — magnetizing nourishment, wisdom, and repair during your sleep. Through breath, stillness, and gentle self-trust, you'll remember: you don’t have to hold it all together. You are already being lovingly carried by the greater field of life itself.
