The the institution of the Passover in chapters 11 and 12 of the book of Exodus forms the basis of worship and redemption through the rest of the Bible. Be with us tonight as we continue our series in Exodus. Tonight's message is entitled--Passover- The Lamb That Was Slain.

After Peter's first message we are informed that -many other wonders and signs were done through the apostles -2- 43-. In chapters three and four we see the first recorded miracle which prompted Peter's second sermon and its aftermath.-Remember, Acts is a transitional book. We see the Gospel of Christ first preached in the temple and then spread to the world. The temple and the nation of Israel would cease to exist. The church would become God's anointed instrument to preach the Gospel to a lost world. The signs and wanders were verification that God had anointed His apostles to establish His church.

The ten plagues placed upon Egypt are very similar to the plagues which will be placed on the earth during the tribulation prophesied in the book of Revelation. Be with us the evening as we continue our series in the book of Exodus -chapter 7-10-.-The message is entitled- The Ten Plagues

When the Church Was Young-Acts 2- 40-47--On the day of Pentecost, the Church swelled from 120 souls in Acts 1 to over 3,000 souls in chapter 2. The logistics of baptizing and discipling that influx of believers would be enormous. These believers had gladly received the Word as it was preached and had identified themselves with Christ through baptism. Now it was the apostles' task to teach these new believers what the Lord had taught them -Matthew 28- 18-20-. The circumstances around Pentecost can not be duplicated, but the characteristics of a church where the Holy Spirit reigns endure to this day.

God's promises are backed by His omnipotence. Moses was given the task of leading Israel out of Egypt. The opposition from Pharaoh and from the Israelites themselves seemed to make the mission impossible. Be with us tonight as we continue our study in Exodus. The message is entitled--My Mighty Hand.

The pouring out of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost was witnessed by Jews from around the world. Many scoffed, but many others were drawn in by the power of the Holy Spirit. On that day, the Church was born -2-1-.

When God calls us to certain tasks, He knows the difficulties before we encounter them. Moses had to deal with his wife, his people, and a hostile ruler. Be with us tonight as we continue our study in Exodus 4 and 5. The message is entitled--The Call of Moses - Back to Egypt.

Moses had more recorded -arguments- with the Lord than any other person in the Bible. He had many reasons as to why he was the wrong man to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Be with us this evening as we continue our study in the book of Exodus. The message is entitled- What Is That In Your Hand--

In Psalm 37- 23-24 we read- -The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholds him with His hand.- In verse 4 of that same psalm we read- -Trust yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.--Obviously, the is a love relationship between our Father and His children.
