Joshua 6:1-11

In the Christian life, our Promised Land, victory comes through obedience to God and His word. The time had come for God's people, the children of Israel to enter the Land of Promise. As Joshua prepared on that last evening before the entrance, he was met be a unique stranger. Who was it, and for what purpose did this meeting occur. It was a profoundly impacting encounter, and we'll learn about it today as we join Pastor Phil in Joshua chapter 5.

VCL 15

God desires that His people be holy, as they seek to live out the Christian life. While this seems like a heavy trip, God knows that the victory in the Christian life comes through holy living. Considering the sin in our lives and where we all came from, is holy living even possible? Pastor Phil speaks to this question today.

VCL 14

Moving into the Promised Land, God saw the need for this new generation of His people to be given a fresh start, a new beginning, and so He brought them to a place of re-consecration to Him. We will learn the importance of this in our own lives as well as we join Pastor Phil in Joshua chapters 4 and 5.

VCL 13

Having finally left the wilderness behind, and at long last entered the Promised Land, you'd think that it would be time to rest. But, really, many very important lessons on faith awaited God's people as they entered Canaan. We'll seek to glean as Pastor Phil shares on these Lessons at Gilgal, looking at Joshua chapter 4.

Pastor Phil also shares about the power testimonies, living stones of God's faithfulness or Pastor Mike McIntosh and Pastor Raul Ries. God receives the glory for such profound changes in these now living stones.

Living a victorious Christian Life is rooted in total dependence upon God. In that walk of faith, we will often face obstacles in our path. What do you do when you find yourself in that place? We'll find out today as Pastor Phil shares his message from Joshua chapter 3, The Resurrection Life.

VCL 10

The Resurrection Life is a life lived in power and by faith. But the fact is that, just as the resurrection was proceeded by the crucifixion, so the resurrection life comes only after a certain kind of dying, as Pastor Phil will explain as he picks up our series Victorious Christian Living.

VCL Part 9

When we are born again in Christ, we leave the old life behind. Not simply in an effort to live up to a new set of rules, but so that we might enter into a new kind of life, a Resurrection Life. Over the next few studies, Pastor Phil will discuss and describe this powerful new life that we've been invited into. So let's join him now for today's teaching…
