Today we'll begin our study through the first 41 chapters of the book of Psalms. We'll see today that there is a way to be blessed as we go through life. Then we'll talk about the Messiah and His coming as a King and in Psalm 3 we'll see the Lord work in the heart of David encouraging him.

Tonight we'll look at the best news ever as multiple people will be able to witness that Jesus had risen! That's good news for believers in Jesus for His resurrection is proof that death could not hold Him and those who believe in Jesus will in turn have that same victory through His blood that was shed for us.

This week we'll look at the death of our Lord upon the cross. He died thinking of us, paying the price that we could be set free from sin.

This morning we'll be finishing up our study through the book of Romans. Paul will make mention of some 30 different individuals that he wanted to greet or commend in some way or another. The common theme? That they were all in Christ.

This evening we'll be looking at Jesus and His final hours before the crucifixion. The Lord will be placed on trial before Pilate and Pilate will eventually hand Jesus over to be crucified. We'll even see some soldiers play a game with Jesus mocking Him and beating Him.

This week we will continue to build on our study last week as Paul encourages the believers to be willing to bear with others that may not see things the same way you do when it comes to disputable matters. Then Paul will shift gears and begin to speak of his great desire to come and visit the believers in Rome.

This week we'll see the Lord Jesus on trial before Caiaphas the high priest and other religious leaders. The Lord will shine during this trial with those coming against Him having no real charges to bring against Him. On the other hand we'll see Peter as well this week and Peter will be heading for a big fall in His life.

This week we'll be discussing disputable matters and how each of us as believers see things differently. Paul will address the issues that were taking place in Rome and he will give two of them. The first will be the eating of food and the second which day of the week a person chooses to worship Jesus. We'll work to apply these things to our modern day as we work through the text.

This week we'll travel ever closer to the cross as Jesus will head to the garden of Gethsemane with His disciples. The Lord will pray on 3 separate occasions and then we'll see the Lord both betrayed and abandoned by those closest to Him.

This week we'll be looking at the final meal of the Lord Jesus. The religious leaders have murder in their hearts and they find their man in Judas Iscariot who agrees to betray the Lord. We also have a beautiful picture of worship in our narrative as a woman will anoint the Lord with expensive oil.
