This week we'll see the 10th plague that would come upon the Egyptians and this was the last one that took place before the king and the Egyptians ran the Israelites out of the land. During this plague the first born sons would be killed throughout the land of Egypt. God made a distinction though in that all those of Israel who applied the blood of the lamb to their doors by faith would then be passed over.

Today we'll look at one of the most well known Psalms in the Bible. Psalm 22 written around 1,000 years before the birth of Jesus gives us incredible details of what our Lord would suffer as He hung upon the cross.

This week we'll see the Lord allow 5 more plagues to come upon the people of Egypt. During each of these we'll see Pharaoh harden his heart and as a result his land and his people will be greatly afflicted. A hard heart never produces anything good. It's better to submit ourselves to the will of God rather than fight it.

This week we'll look at 3 Psalms and in Psalm 19 we'll talk about how God has revealed Himself to us two ways. First we'll talk about creation and then we'll talk about how God has given us His Word. Then in chapters 20-21 we'll see an intercessory prayer and a Psalm of thanksgiving and acknowledgement.

Once again this week we will see Moses before Pharaoh letting this king know that he is to let the people of God go and once again we'll see Moses hardening his heart on repeated occasions. This will lead to the first 3 of 10 plagues that will come upon the people of Egypt.

This week we'll take some time to look at John's account of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. We'll talk about Mary, Peter and John, Thomas and the other disciples as they came to believe that Jesus had indeed risen from the dead.

This week we'll see that things did not go as planned as Moses and Aaron went before the King of Egypt asking to take a journey for 3 days to celebrate a festival to the Lord. The King will respond harshly and then the people of Israel will lose hope. Moses will then come before the Lord and the Lord will simply tell him to stick to the plan and be obedient even when everyone else was against it.

This week we'll look at 3 more Psalms and we'll see how the Lord had proven Himself to David on every occasion. David will say of the Lord that He is his rock, his fortress, his deliverer, his strength, his shield, the horn of his salvation and his stronghold. He then says the Lord is worthy to be praised.

Last week we began to look at the call of God on the life of Moses and we right away saw that Moses was quick at coming up with questions and concerns about how the Lord wanted to use him. This week we'll see 3 more reasons that Moses gives for not stepping out in faith right away. Eventually Moses will be obedient and he will return to the land of Egypt.

This week we'll look at 4 Psalms all written by David. In the last Psalm we study David will ask "Who may dwell in your tabernacle?" We'll tie this to the great need we all have for Jesus as He is the only one that has lived a life that is worthy of the standards of God.
