Tonight we will watch as Jesus in 3 separate narratives ministers to those that are in need of His touch and each time they will be given the opportunity to leave as changed individuals. These three will be a leper, a paralytic and a tax collector.

This week we will see that the words that Nathan the prophet spoke to David began to come to pass as the sword begins to devour this family. We'll also see David become a father who refuses to discipline his children and Absalom David's third born son will come into the picture.

Tonight we will see Jesus call four fishermen to "Follow Him", He will teach in a synagogue on the Sabbath, deliver a demon possessed man, heal Peter's mother in law, heal the multitudes who come after the Sabbath ends, spend time with the Father in prayer and then declare that He must continue on to preach the gospel elsewhere.

This week we will see that though David had failed so greatly in his life that God was not willing to leave Him in that place of failure. The Lord will send Nathan the prophet to confront David and we will see that David will come to a place in his life that he confesses his sin and gets right with God. As He does so we will see that God will forgive and restore this man after God's heart.

This week we will have an introduction to the book of Mark and then we'll get in to the first 15 verses of chapter 1. In these verses we will be talking about the prophetic words that pointed to a messenger whose name was John the Baptist and then Jesus "Our Hero" will come on to the scene. He will be baptized in water and then head out to the wilderness to face temptation.

This week we'll look at one of the more well known narratives of the Bible as David makes some of the biggest mistakes of his life. Though David was a man after God's own heart he still had failures. Today we'll talk about the dangers of sin, how to have victory over sin and what to do when we sin as we go through life.

This week we'll finish the book of Malachi and as we do so we'll be discussing both the first and the second coming of Jesus Christ. The first time to save and proclaim a new covenant and the second time to bring judgment on the wicked. We'll also discuss a section of scripture that talks about giving and the requirement of the tithe that was in the law for God's people. We'll then talk about what giving looks like from a New Testament viewpoint.

This week we'll be covering three chapters in our study of 2 Samuel. Chapters 8 and 10 will cover the military conquests of David and chapter 9 will speak about a man named Mephibosheth who will be greatly blessed by David.

This week we'll take a look at the first two chapters of the book of Malachi. This book will be filled with correction and we'll focus tonight on primarily the failure of the priests as they poorly represented God.

This week we'll finish our study through the book of Nehemiah as the people will be counted, the wall will be dedicated and the people will break the covenant they made to keep God's Law in their lives. Nehemiah will leave and then come back and when he returns he will have much to correct.
