Nate discusses the teachings of the Teacher, Solomon, who was exceedingly wise. He sought the meaning of life "under the sun" and found that all was vanity. His conclusion was that without fearing God and keeping His commandments, there was no meaning to this life on earth. But Solomon found Hope. Nate discussed three main points: 1) there is a time for everything, 2) we need Eternity in our heart, and 3) God's actions affect us.

The goal of Proverbs is "To know wisdom and instruction, To perceive the words of understanding" - Proverbs 1:2

There is no magic "65" in the Bible telling us to stop. In fact, God asks a life long commitment to Him and to that end we must comply. Pastor Nick relates how this is relevant to us 2500 years later!

This Psalm concerns our Attitude and a Proper Posture for the believer. He asks God's forgiveness and healing of his sinfulness for his sins against God. But when confronted with his own sin, he repented and did not try to justify his sin. When our justification ends, God's forgiveness begins.
