There is a lot of reasons to want to numb our senses and dull our spirits in the process...but, we can't replace the Spirit's work in our lives with worldly numbing agents. Dulling the Spirit within you, is one of the greatest threats to our walks with the Lord.

Amidst the trials, problems, and failures we experience in life...God always has a plan through it all. He is never surprised by what us going on in your life...so take courage Christian, God is with you in the storm!

Saul is pointing the blame at everyone else and the Lord uses the prophet Samuel to confront him in his sin. Today we have the Holy Spirit to do the same in our lives.

In today's study Pastor Dave exhorts us that when God is on your side, it doesn't matter who rises up against you. The thing we have to keep in mind is that the Lord never asks us to win the victories, He will do that, He just asks that you be faithful and obedient to His direction.
