First He used ravens to feed him, then he sent Elijah to a gentile widow who had very little to offer. Yet God was going to test her faithfulness and generosity in giving. In today's study, Pastor Mark encourages us to be faithful in our giving. Because, as the widow soon found out, God would match and far exceed her generosity and meet her needs even as she was willing to feed Elijah. Although our motive for giving cannot be to gain wealth, it's often God's way to bless us materially when we practice generosity.
