We are now coming to the seven feasts of Israel and we will see that they are prophetic in nature. We have seen the first four fulfilled in the first coming of Christ. Will the last three have to do with His second coming? We will unpack that in this lesson.

Matthew does not start a new book but picks right up where the prophets had left off. You might think that the genealogy is just something to gloss over to get us to the birth of Christ. You would be wrong! This is so important to tie us into the Old Testament but also shows us that this was written by the Holy Spirit!

The one thing we have learned from this last election is that things have changed. We can see the balance of power going to only one side. What will that mean to the true believers of Christ? What can we learn from believers in the past? In this study we will see that it is time to be prepared to stand up for our faith and continue to trust in Him.

Are we just watching our conduct because we have to or because we want to? The priests had great responsibilities resetting God to the people. They were to do it with the right heart. It is the same for you and I. God wants us to serve Him in love not just duty.

What is the Church and what is she supposed to look like? If you compare today's Mainline Christianity with the church we see in scripture we can see we have an Identity Crisis. If we are to be the church in the last days we need to know our true identity and show it to the world.

As we see God continuing to tell us to "Be Holy, for I Am Holy" we will also see in these chapters what the wages of sin is...death. The startling reality of all this is, we need a Savior!

Who is the Holy Spirit? Some people act like He is just a force, others act like He is not at work at all anymore. But Who is He and why does He seem to have an Identity Crisis? By understanding the Person and the Work of The Holy Spirit we can have a deeper relationship with our God.

What can wash away our sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus! We will discover this thought in chapter 17 and then in chapter 18 the need for sexual purity. Leviticus is a book that is always relevant in any time we are living in.

Which Jesus is your church representing? Is it the Jesus of the Bible or the Culturally Relevant Pragmatic Jesus? It seems in this day and age that Jesus has an Identity Crisis. Today we will look at the Biblically right Jesus.

God gave the preists of Israel the wisdom to be able to discern between the clean and the unclean. The same wisdom that Jesus gives his followers. We will also see how the Day of Atonement is a picture of our Savior and salvation.
